Scope

These terms govern use of the Telemnt public website and, where a service agreement is in place, the Telemnt platform.

Service requests

Submitting a service request does not create a contract, an account or a subscription. It starts a commercial conversation; any service begins only under a signed agreement.

Accounts

Platform accounts are issued by us to authorised users of a contracted company. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access data belonging to another company, probe or disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

Billing

Official tax invoices are issued through our accounting system. Payment terms are set out in your service agreement.

Regulatory reporting

Where the service includes government telework reporting, you are responsible for the accuracy of the employee and attendance data you enter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
